RESERVATION FORM

In principle, all the participants in DEIMS2016 are assumed to stay at Shonan Village Center (SVC) that is the venue of the workshop.  To book SVC rooms, please complete all fields and send it by e-mail to:

by Jan. 10, 2016.  After receiving your request, we will send a confirmation e-mail within a few days.  If you do not receive the confirmation we would kindly ask you to inform us of it as soon as possible.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS - Standard Accommodation Plan -

(9,771 JPY per night, not incl. meels, incl. tax)

Twin:
(15,428 JPY per night, not incl. meels, incl. tax)

 * A breakfast, a lunch and a dinner at SVC cost 1,338 JPY, 1,234 JPY and 2,880 JPY, 
   respectively.

 * To only foreign participants who stay at SVC, we provide an accommodation subsidy 
   (about a half of hotel charges not including meels, during Feb. 3 evening to Feb. 7 
   morning).

 * We plan an excursion around the famous ancient city, Kamakura after closing the 
   workshop in the Feb. 6 afternoon.  If you would like to participate in it, you might have 
   to stay at SVC until Feb. 7, the Sunday morning.
