The participation fee for DEIMS2016 is 5,000JPY.
We definitely need participant information beforehand to prepare workshop materials. We, therefore, would like to ask all the participants to register themselves, according to the following instructions.

If you were a domestic participant and if you would participate in only DEIMS2016 sessions, you might just send a e-mail message to the above address. At that time, at least, Your name(s), affiliation(s), contact information and attendance at the party on Feb. 5 should be included in the message.
