- Dr. Georgios Kouroupetroglou, Emeritus Professor at National and Kapodistrian University of Athens will give a keynote lecture entitled "Modeling Content Accessibility Service Provision in Higher Education."
- Dr. Masakazu Suzuki, Emeritus Professor at Kyushu University will give a keynote lecture entitled "New Accessibility Platform 'Chatty Library.'"
