Accommodation

Accommodation:

To domestic participants, we expect to arrange your hotel room for yourself. There are several hotels in the area that you can come to the venue on foot. They usually cost around 10,000Yen for one night including a breakfast.

To foreign participants only, we will arrange a hotel room. For them who stay our specified hotel, we provide an accommodation subsidy (about a half of hotel charges). If you hope it, please fill out an application form (Microsoft Word) [or an application form (Text)] and send it to the contact e-mail address:
